The boxes contain anywhere from 5-25 lbs of meat and you get to choose the size that's right for you and your family and if you want to try it just once, or have it every month or every other month.  Save 10% off retail prices by buying in bulk. 

In each order, you will receive a variety of cuts which typically includes prime steaks, roasts, ground beef and miscellaneous cuts such as skirt steak, flank steak, sirloin tip steak, whole chickens, lamb roasts, chops, ribs, etc.  We never include any offal (organ meat) in the boxes.
