Small Meat Share

The small meat share is built for 1-2 people and contains approximately 6-8lbs of meat for any meat combinations that include beef and/or lamb. Chicken only boxes contain approximately 9-13lbs of meat each month.

Beef Only
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef.

Chicken Only (Whole Birds)
4-5 whole chickens per month.

Chicken Only (Whole Birds and Parts/Pieces)
1 or 2 whole chickens with a combination of legs/thighs, breasts and/or wings.

Beef & Chicken Combo
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef and either parts and pieces or a whole chicken.

Beef, Chicken & Lamb Combo 
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef, either parts and pieces or a whole chicken and assorted lamb cuts.

We never include any organ meat or bones in the monthly distributions. 

Pick up at any of the markets we participate in or choose to have the meat shipped via UPS. Direct delivery by our farm staff is only available on orders $150+.
