Medium Share Meat CSA Program

The monthly meat community supported agriculture program is built to save you money - you are investing in a quarter, half or full share, but receive the cuts monthly, instead of all at once.  

Medium distributions are built for families of 3-5 people and contain approximately 11-17 lbs of meat. The weights of the boxes vary based on the actual value of the items included each month (for instance, if we include filet mignon, the overall weight of the box will be less than if it contains more ground beef).

Beef Only
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef.

Chicken Only
8-10 whole chickens per month.

Chicken Only (Whole Birds and Parts/Pieces)
1 or 2 whole chickens with a combination of legs/thighs, breasts and/or wings.

Beef & Chicken Combo
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.), ground beef and cut up parts of chicken and whole chicken.

Beef, Chicken & Lamb Combo 
The box will contain an assortment of roasts, prime cut steaks, miscellaneous steaks (short ribs, skirt steak, top sirloin, etc.) and ground beef, cut up parts and pieces and whole chicken and assorted lamb cuts.

We never include any organ meat or bones in the monthly distributions. 

Pick up at any of the markets we participate in or choose to have the meat shipped via UPS. Direct delivery by our farm staff is only available on orders $150+.
