Ground Beef with Beef LiverAutonomy Farms
To our standard thick grind grass fed ground beef, we add 10% ground beef Liver. This is our leanest ground beef and is a great way for you to increase your iron intake. It's best made into meatballs, used for sauces or for chili. The liver has a faint taste to the grind. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Approximately 1.5 lbs per individual package.
