Ground Beef with Beef Heart, approximately 1.55lbs each

We stole this idea from a restaurant that asked us to custom grind it for them and it totally makes sense! To our standard thick grind ground beef, we add 10% ground beef heart. The heart is full of beefy flavor and it's incredibly lean - and not to mention nutritious! This is our leanest ground beef and you would never even know there's heart mixed in. Try it, you won't be disappointed. 1.03 lbs per individual package.
