Hanoi Street Grill Marinade - 12oz

One of our favorite farmers market vendor friends who helps at K&K Ranch made us a batch of Hanoi Street Grilled Marinade. Bún Chả Hà Nội is traditionally served with grilled ground pork skewers, rice noodles and herbs - it became even more known after Anthony Bourdain introduced President Obama to Bún Chả in Parts Unknown. President Obama's response? “Killer”. 

The marinade is equally delicious with steamed rice, crisp cucumbers, or even tucked into lettuce wraps. Use it on pork (tenderloin, chops, ground), beef (Korean short ribs, flank) or chicken (bone-in or boneless chicken legs) - just marinade, skewer and grill.

We continue to play and test out prepped and marinated meats and now marinades to try to make weeknight dinners just a little easier for you.
