The cattle feed off of native grasses in the winter through early summer. Due to seasonality, you may find that the flavor of the beef may change during different times of the year because of the different feed. You will find that our beef has a much more rich taste and flavor, which typically means you will eat smaller portions and feel more satisfied. You will also find that all the cuts are more lean than corn finished beef.
