Beef Tenderloin. Please read details before placing order

The eye of the beef tenderloin, chateaubriand, ships frozen.  All roasts are approximately 2.25lbs (36oz).

After entering your contact information, you will be prompted to select pickup or shipping and your pickup/shipping date. Ship by December 17th for delivery by December 20th. 

THE SMALL DETAILS:

* Roasts are non-refundable and it's really hard for us to swap sizes as the date gets closer because of limited inventory. If you are not sure how many guests you will be cooking for, it's always better to go bigger and have leftovers than to order a smaller bird and hope to get a larger one later.

* To calculate size of roast, you'll want approximately 6-8oz per person (there are 16oz to a lb)
