All of our lamb are raised free of hormones and antibiotics. Spring lambs are 100% grassfed and are born and raised in the foothills of Kern County. All spring lamb is certified Halal.

Properly raised and harvested lamb should not have the "sour" taste some people associate it with. The best and most simple way to prepare lamb is with just a little garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.
