Lamb Kofta

This has quickly become a favorite at farmers market. We use our ground lamb and add seasonings to it for a quick and easy weeknight meal. Make kabobs, meatballs, patties or our favorite way is to spread a layer of the meat on one side of a pita and grill or sear both sides.

Salt, Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Cinnamon and other spices.
