Seasoned Carne Asada

We use sirloin flap for the seasoned carne asada. It's ready to defrost and you can throw it straight onto a grill or skillet. This cut has a decent amount of marbling, so it's extra tender and flavorful. Sliced thin, it will cook in about 5 minutes total.
