We use boneless, skinless legs for the seasoned pollo asada. It's ready to defrost and you can throw it straight onto a grill or skillet. This cut has a decent amount of marbling, so it's extra tender and flavorful. Sliced thin, it will cook in about 5 minutes total to make it fajita style, or grill/roast it whole at 375 for about 25 minutes and chop it up after.
