Whole Turkeys

White Breasted Turkeys. Whole birds include giblets and are frozen. 

PLEASE READ ALL THE BELOW INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:

During checkout, you will be prompted to select your pickup or shipping date. The shipping date is the date the turkey will ship from the farm. Turkeys are shipped frozen in insulated boxes with ice packs. Seasonal offerings will be available beginning November 3rd. 

Transit Times:
Orders shipped to locations in California that are south of Bakersfield are in transit for 1 day.
Orders shipped to locations in California that are north of Bakersfield are in transit for 2 days. 
All other locations outside of California are in transit for 2 business days.  

*Defrosting Guidelines: 24 Hours per 4 pounds when placed in refrigerator.
1 hour per 1 pound when placed in a cool water bath (you'll need to change the water several times)

*Sizing Guidelines: For birds under 14lbs, assume 1.5lbs per person. For birds over 14lbs, assume 1.25lbs per person. If you want leftovers, add .5lbs per person. 

*Available for pickup on the following dates:
HOLLYWOOD Sunday Farmers Market: 11/16, 11/23
SANTA MONICA Wednesday Farmers Markets: 11/12, 11/19, 11/26 (if picking up on the 26th, please note the birds are frozen and will need time to defrost if cooking on the 27th)

*Turkeys are non-refundable and exchanges cannot be offered. If you are not sure how many guests you will be cooking for, it's always better to go bigger and have leftovers than to order a smaller bird and hope to get a larger one later.

*If you want a turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas: Please place two separate orders unless you want to pick them up or have the shipped at the same time.
